COVID-19 – YES WE ARE STILL OPEN!

Hello from all of us here at TransColonial Auto Service. YES, we are OPEN for business. With so much talk and hype surrounding the COVID-19, also known as Coronavirus, we just want to make sure you are aware and reassured that we are taking every step possible to make sure your vehicle is clean upon return to you. Our employees have been instructed to sanitize before entering anyone’s vehicle, as well as use Clorox wipes on the steering wheel and shifter before they return the vehicle to you. We have also enhanced the cleaning protocol within our lobby to ensure your health is not compromised here. We have a sanitation station right by our front office and encourage you to use it upon arrival here if you would like. We understand that some people may be uncomfortable getting out and bringing their vehicle here, so we are asking you to park the car in the lot, give us a call and advise us you are here and leave the key on the front seat and we will take it from there. We are also offering to come pick your vehicle up and bring it here for service if we need to. We do have a cleaning service we can perform as well to the vents that filter the air you breathe inside your vehicle.
